Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Associate to help us strengthen our digital presence, engage audiences, and grow our brand online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for Platfaro’s social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook), maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.
  • Community Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and user interactions in a timely, authentic manner.
  • Campaign Management: Assist with planning and executing social media campaigns to promote product launches, events, and brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions), and provide actionable insights to enhance social media strategies.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product) to coordinate content, maintain brand voice, and support integrated campaigns.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continually innovate and improve our social media presence.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 1–2 years of social media management or related experience.
  • Platform Expertise: Proficiency in major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok) and familiarity with scheduling/analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Content Creation Skills: Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities; basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret social media metrics and translate data into actionable improvements.
  • Brand Consistency: Demonstrated understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
