Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with front-end development experience and strong expertise in WordPress. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who can design intuitive, user-centered interfaces and implement them using modern front-end technologies within WordPress environments. You’ll play a key role in enhancing the digital experience across our web platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, interactive front-end experiences.
• Customize and maintain WordPress themes and templates.
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and product teams to deliver functional, accessible designs.
• Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Optimize site performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
• Ensure design consistency and brand alignment across all digital touchpoints.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (basic to intermediate), and responsive design principles
• Experience with WordPress theme customization, page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery), and plugin integration
• Understanding of user-centered design and usability best practices
• Familiarity with version control (Git) is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Javascript, Content Management, A/B testing, or analytics tools
• Animation/microinteraction experience (CSS or JS libraries)
• Basic knowledge of PHP or REST APIs
