Job Description:
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to craft compelling visual stories that represent our brand and resonate with our diverse audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Video Production & Editing: Edit raw footage into high-quality content for marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, social media, and other brand initiatives.
- Creative Storytelling: Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop storyboards, scripts, and concepts that effectively communicate project goals.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all video content aligns with Platfaro’s brand identity, style, and messaging guidelines.
- Post-Production Management: Handle color grading, motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects to produce polished final outputs.
- Project Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, product) to gather feedback and incorporate revisions efficiently.
- File Management & Archiving: Maintain an organized workflow for storing, naming, and archiving video assets.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Film Production, Multimedia, Communication, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or animation software is a plus.
- Creative Eye: Keen attention to visual composition, pacing, and storytelling details.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams, managing feedback, and meeting deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Portfolio: A demonstrated body of work showcasing a range of editing styles, techniques, and creative storytelling.
